The practice that listens

Neurology takes time. We give it the time it takes.

Neurological diagnosis rests more on the history than on any scan. That is why first visits here run forty-five minutes to an hour, and why Dr. Khan asks about the whole picture — how the symptom started, what makes it worse, what has already been tried — before ordering a single test.

The result is a practice where patients are not handed a prescription and a six-month follow-up. They leave understanding what is happening, what the plan is, and why.

Testing performed here, not somewhere else

EEG, EMG and nerve conduction studies are all performed in our Astoria office. That means no separate referral, no second waiting list, and no gap between the test and the person who knows your case.

Nerve conduction findings are frequently discussed with you during the same visit. For MRI and CT, we handle the scheduling and the insurance authorisation, then review the images with you in person rather than reading a report over the phone.
